LS Skinlab Pharma International Distributor is the sole and authorized distributor of Vanicream products in the Philippines. The products we sell are FDA approved and guaranteed authentic.

Shipping Policy

1. We offer free shipment to orders in the National Capital Region.
2. Shipment to areas outside the National Capital Region, Visayas and Mindanao.

Return and Exchange Policy

We do offer a refund, exchange or replacement of all goods bought from us based on the following:

1. The item bought by the buyer has not been received.
2. Defective item and/or damaged item upon delivery or shipment.
3. Delivery of an item that does not match the agreed specification in our ecommerce
Platform ( wrong size, wrong quantity , color etc.)
4. Product upon return has not been used or tampered and remains sealed.

Refund must be made within 15 days upon rceipt of the product by sending us an email at [email protected]. If the conditions above are all met then we will process the replacement of good or refund within 24 to 48 hours upon written request.
